Terms and Conditions

OVERALL TERMS
All instrument purchases include the tenor ukulele of your choosing, plush hard case, cleaning cloth, Ke’Ano in-case humidifier, digital electronic tuner, a Keano Ukulele T-Shirt, free shipping (with insurance) and a one year limited warranty.   All instruments are subject to current availability and prices are subject to change.  Prices shown on this web site are in $USD.  Accepted forms of payment are Paypal, cashier's check, money order or bank draft.  Please provide an email indicating your intent to purchase and we will return additional details regarding payment. 

HOW TO BUY A KE’ANO UKULELE
There are several ways to own a Ke’Ano Ukulele.  The first and most obvious way is to choose one of the instruments that might be for sale in the ‘Products’ section this web site.  In this area, I will post any ukuleles I have available here.  I will also show in this area any instrument that is currently on the work bench and those that will be on the bench real soon.  If you like the looks of one of the ukuleles that is currently in process a $300 deposit secures your purchase of that instrument.  On the other hand, if you prefer a custom ukulele built to your specifications a $300 deposit reserves your place in my build schedule. Custom orders and non-custom instruments currently on the workbench that have already been purchased are always treated as a priority (first in - first out based on the receipt of the deposit).

INSTRUMENT INSPECTION
Our packaging materials used in shipping are sturdy and safe.  In the rare event your purchase arrives to you damaged, please save all packing materials and promptly notify both UPS and Ke’Ano Ukulele.
With all Internet sales, upon receipt of your new Ke’Ano Ukulele,  you'll have a 48 hour inspection period.  During this time if the instrument that you purchased fails to exceed your expectations, your money will be gladly  refunded.  This does not apply to instruments that have been personalized with names or initials. To initiate a return, please contact us. All return shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility. When we have received your purchase in “like new” condition, we will issue you a full refund.

GUARANTEE
I always take considerable care to ensure that every Ke’Ano Ukulele is extremely well built, a solid investment in quality and value that will provide you many years of playability and enjoyment. All of my work is guaranteed to the original owner / purchaser for a period one year from the date that the instrument is received. This guarantee protects against any structural failure due to workmanship or material defects and does not cover normal wear to parts or finish or damage caused by extremes in temperature or humidity, abuse or accidents. I will be glad to repair or replace your instrument without charge, at my discretion, any instrument found to be defective based on my evaluation.  Any shipping costs will be additional.
